This summer, Borussia Dortmund are expected to want £138 million for Chelsea target Erling Haaland.
According to a rumor in Football London, Borussia Dortmund will only sell Erling Haaland this summer if a bid of more than £138 million is made. Chelsea is desperate to sign the striker and is presently leading the race.
Thomas Tuchel is focused on winning the Premier League this season, and he recognizes the need for a striker in his side. The Blues are in desperate need of a goal-scoring centre-forward and have been linked with Erling Haaland, Harry Kane, and Romelu Lukaku.
Chelsea and Real Madrid are now the only clubs interested in signing the Borussia Dortmund striker. Bayern Munich has already backed out of a summer transfer for Erling Haaland. Oliver Kahn, the CEO of the Bundesliga powerhouse, said:
“A package worth over €100 million, as we’ve heard, is currently unthinkable for FC Bayern. Robert [Lewandowski] is still under contract for another two years. His abilities are unquestionable. So far, he’s scored 39 goals in the Bundesliga! We don’t have to think about Haaland today only because of that. Robert will be able to maintain this level for a few more years.”
