Today is the first day of the knockout phases of Euro 2020, with Italy taking on Austria in the Round of 16.
With Europe’s finest footballing nations vying for Euro 2020, the group stages provided plenty of entertainment, and the knockout phases are likely to provide much more.
So far, the competition has seen some outstanding team performances, with several teams demonstrating what they are capable of when they are at their best. The enthusiasm has been over the sky since spectators returned to the stadiums, and it is clear that the players are enjoying themselves.
