“I saw Brock Lesnar do this,” says IMPACT Wrestling’s Brock Lesnar in a video.

WWE veteran Brock Lesnar’s old exercise video recently drew the notice of IMPACT Wrestling star Jordynne Grace, who replicated it and published the video on Twitter.

Jordynne Grace recently shared a video of herself doing a hard workout and succeeding. A person must grab a rope and perform pull-ups with it in order to complete the workout. Grace explained that she had seen former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar do it and wanted to test if she could do it too.

She admitted that the workout was not for everyone and that she detested every minute of it. Take a look at the video below:

Someone asked if I could do the Lesnar training video pushups. And yes. Brock Lesnar is one of the most feared individuals in professional wrestling history. The Beast has done it all in the industry, defeating some of WWE’s top names. Back in 2002, WWE used backstage clips of Lesnar doing tough workouts to promote his superhuman strength on SmackDown.

The one Grace spotted was dated December 19, 2002, when Brock Lesnar was the reigning champion of the SmackDown brand. Take a look at the video below:

Fans haven’t seen Brock Lesnar compete in the squared circle in over a year. During his two WWE runs, he established himself as one of the most dangerous characters in history.

Brock’s first run in 2002-04 gained him an instant celebrity, and he won the WWE championship on many times. Lesnar was a legitimate draw after defeating The Rock, Kurt Angle, and Big Show.

Lesnar returned to WWE in 2012 to begin a long and successful career, and his star power only grew throughout his time in the UFC. He went on to defeat John Cena, end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak, and dominate the roster like no other.

Brock Lesnar has influenced a number of modern talents, including Jordynne Grace. There is currently no word on whether or not fans will be able to witness him wrestle again. At WrestleMania 36, he lost his WWE championship to Drew McIntyre.
