Nuno Tavares was asked who he admires the most at the club during his presentation, and he selected Emile Smith Rowe and Bukayo Saka. In a youth-level match, the left-back faced Arsenal’s youngsters. He stated, “
“I appreciate [Emile Smith Rowe] now because he represents my generation. For the selection (young) team, he played against us on the same side – he on the right, I on the left. I see Saka, and he’s a good player. Players who are young and talented. Thierry Henry has always appealed to me. It’s good for me to remember that story because he was a great player.”
