On their 11th wedding anniversary, former India captain MS Dhoni gave his wife Sakshi a vintage automobile. On July 4, 2010, Dhoni and Sakshi married in a private ceremony attended by relatives and a few friends.

Sakshi posted a photo of the automobile Dhoni gave her on her Instagram story on Sunday. She captioned the photo, which she published on Instagram:

“Thank you for the anniversary gift.”

Sakshi also uploaded a number of additional Instagram stories, including one thanking friends who wished them a happy wedding anniversary. The majority of the posts depict the Dhoni couple’s romantic relationship.

Dhoni’s IPL team, Chennai Super Kings (CSK), wished him well on the occasion via their official Twitter account. CSK posted a photo of Dhoni and Sakshi with the caption:

“The love that we #Yellove! Super happy anniversary to our King and Queen! #WhistlePodu @msdhoni @SaakshiSRawat.”

In 2010, Dhoni astonished fans by marrying Sakshi. Ziva, the couple’s first child, was born in February 2015. When his daughter was born, Dhoni was captaining India at the 2015 World Cup in Australia.

The minute anybody says captain, the first name that comes to mind is MS Dhoni: KL Rahul

KL Rahul, an Indian batsman, recently lauded MS Dhoni, adding that any teammate would gladly take a bullet for him.

The former captain, according to Rahul, has gained the players’ respect. In an interview with Forbes India, Rahul said:

“Yes, he has won a lot of tournaments, done amazing things for the country but I think the biggest achievement that as captain you can have is the respect of your teammates and any of us would take a bullet for him without a second thought. The minute anybody says captain, the first name that comes to mind from our era will be MS Dhoni. We have all played under him.

“Something I have learned from him is how humble he has been through ups and downs, how he has put his country ahead of everything is just unbelievable.”

MS Dhoni, one of India’s most successful captains, withdrew from international cricket last year. He scored nearly 17000 international runs in 350 ODIs, 90 Tests, and 98 T20Is.
