The map has also been improved, with random gaps added around it, the spawn rate of secret rooms and aid pack helicopters increased, and the terrain improved by adding more coverage areas.

Finally, Paramo will replace Karakin in the game’s map rotation, bringing the total number of playable maps down to five. This choice was made, according to the developers, so that they could work on them for a time until they became available again.

The Eme
rgency Pickups will be the most novel aspect of this update. A mechanism that has already been used in other games, such as Metal Gear Solid, and it will give any team more opportunities for survival and repositioning.

A Fulton balloon will pop out of the bag when you deploy the Emergency Pickup. Players will have 60 seconds to latch onto the balloon once it is fully inflated before a plane arrives, which will take up the balloon, lift the players up, and begin heading to the safe zone’s center.

Players will be able to release go and parachute at any point during the flight. This new tool will increase your chances of fleeing the blue zone, crossing an open field under enemy fire, or looting a remote location with your friends.

The Emergency Pickup, on the other hand, can’t be used before the first circle and after the fourth, and it won’t function indoors, on ferries, trains, or anywhere else where there are obstructions in the way.

Only in Battle Royale, Zombies, and Zone Pursuit modes, as well as in Observer mode, will this choice be available.

Ranked Season in PUBG v11.1

The Ranked Seasons system will also undergo a significant shift as a result of this update, since they will now only last two months and will no longer correspond to the Battle Pass durations.

To make up for it, each season will offer a new honor awards system, letting you to earn parachute skins at the Gold rank, animated insignia at the Platinum rank, and plates at the Top 500 and Master positions.
