Grampus is coming off a solid 3-0 win over Ratchaburi on Thursday. Mateus, Yoichiro Kakitani, and Ryogo Yamasaki scored in the second half to lead the Japanese to victory.
Pohang Steelers defeated Johor DT 2-0 in a friendly match. In the first half, Lee Seung-Mo and Kang Sang-Woo scored to give the South Koreans all three points.
With three points, the Malaysians are now in third place in Group G. Nagoya Gramous is still in the lead, having collected the most points so far.

Nagoya Grampus won 1-0 in the first leg match between the two teams on matchday one. Grampus won in the opening day thanks to Hiroyuki Abe’s goal around the hour mark.
