Rashid Khan on his way to play for the Sussex Sharks in London from Dubai.

Rashid Khan, an Afghanistan cricketer, announced on Instagram that he is flying to London from Dubai to play for the Sussex Sharks in the T20 Blast. Rashid Khan’s tale can be seen here.

Rashid will be quarantined in accordance with government regulations, according to the T20 Blast team.

He’ll also play in The Hundred, a tournament in which each innings will be made up of 100 balls. The competition will begin on July 22nd, with a women’s league starting a day before the men’s league.

In this one-of-a-kind competition, Rashid Khan will play for Trent Rockets. Joe Root, Dawid Malan, and Alex Hales are all members of the Rockets’ roster.

The 22-year-old recently played for the Lahore Qalandars in PSL 6, when his team just lost out on a playoff berth due to a low net run rate. Rashid and the Qalandars have already lost their last four group-stage games.

Rashid Khan selects his greatest three T20 wickets.

At the present, the Afghan spinner is undoubtedly the best spin bowler in limited-overs cricket. Rashid Khan has been a constant for his country as well as a number of franchises around the world. Rashi chose his finest three wickets in T20 cricket during a chat on Crickwick’s YouTube channel last month. He stated, ”

“There are a lot of memorable wickets, to be honest. But if you ask me, my best three wickets in T20s, then they have to be MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers. I had bowled all three of them. Taking wickets is fine, sometimes you get people out caught and other times you get them out lbw or like that. But, getting such legends out bowled, I would say is a big achievement. Because to get those three names bowled is a tough job as a spinner. Those wickets, I will always have in my mind and remember them forever.”

Rashid Khan will surely be one of the most popular players throughout the upcoming T20 Blast and, eventually, The Hundred. With bat and ball, the leg-spinner will be keen to contribute.
